Governors of the All Progressive Congress (APC) are currently meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in the Presidential Villa, Abuja over the lingering leadership crisis in the party.
This is coming after Senate President Ahmad Lawan also had a close door meeting with president Buhari over same issue in the state house on Sunday.
The Senate president disclosed that the president and other party leaders would begin moves to resolve crisis plaguing the party in the next few days.
Present at the meeting are the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and Governor of Kebbi State, Atiku Bagudu; Chairman of Northern Governors’ Forum and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong and Jigawa State Governor, Abubakar Badaru.
