APC Saga: Obaseki resigns, Oshiomhole suspended, Ajimobi hospitalized – Fani kayode

The Crisis rocking the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have left Nigerians in suspense and with a lot of questions needing answers.

The Party has taken a new face as the National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiohmole go suspended yesterday on the same day Governor Obaseki and his deputy decides to leave the party.

The National Working Committee (NWC)  of the party decides to adopt Senator Ajimobi as it’s acting National Chairman who is also Hospitalized and undergoing treatment on a disease suspected to be Covid-19.which leaves the committee to take the next line of action and decide who to act on Ajimobi’s absence.

According to Femi Fani Kayode, the whole thing is “stranger than a fiction”.

It was also reported that the emergency meeting of the NWC ended disastrous as there were disagreement between committee members as a result of the suspension of Adams Oshiohmole.

Femi Fani Kayode tweeted below on Wednesday:

“On the day that Obaseki leaves

@OfficialAPCNg, the Court of Appeal declares that Oshiomole is no longer Nat. Chairman of the party and Sen.Ajimobi, the man that has been declared Acting Nat. Chairman, ends up in a coma in the hospital. The whole thing is stranger than fiction.”
