Tottenham skipper Harry Kane appears to have sustained yet another ankle injury after coming off at half-time in the Premier League match against Liverpool on Wednesday night.
Kane went down under a challenge from Thiago, and looked to have caught his right ankle between the Liverpool midfielder’s arms when going down.
However, it appeared to be a second first-half incident which caused Kane to come off after he landed awkwardly when colliding with Jordan Henderson.
Kane could be seen shaking his head while receiving medical treatment, this time on his left ankle, though he did manage to play the remainder of the first half.
With Spurs trailing at half-time due to a Roberto Firmino goal just before the break, manager Jose Mourinho opted to bring off his captain.

Erik Lamela replaced Kane for the second half, with Nat Phillips also coming on for Joel Matip to suggest that Liverpool suffered another defensive injury blow.
For Kane, it could lead to his latest spell out with an ankle injury, having missed eight matches back in 2018-19 due to a torn ankle ligament.
